2. Squatting Exercises - to stretch the tissues before birth

3. Exposure to Air - keep the tissue healthy

4. Daily Kegel Exercise

5. Massage - to soften tissues and help moher comfortable

6. Talk to your doctor in advance to avoid episiotomy

7. Avoid soap !!! as it dries tissues

8. Be patient during birth

9. Squat during birth

10. Push with self control
